Good heavens. I am so incredibly far behind. I have quite a few pictures and some events to share. But since I have to be chronologically correct, we're starting here.
It has been almost 2 years since my obsession with One Direction began. If you are unfamiliar with this band, now is your chance to familiarize yourself.
They began their career in 2010 by auditioning for the X-Factor UK as solo candidates. They were all cut along with a big group of boys, and were terribly disappointed. They were each individually called out of this group of boys and were told they would be forming a group. From there, their lives changed forever. 5 random boys from very different places. Who knew they would become as big as they are.
In case you were curious who they are: (L to R)
Louis William Tomlinson: born December 24, 1991
Liam James Payne: born August 29, 1993
Niall James Horan: born September 13, 1993
Harry Edward Styles: born February 1, 1994
Zayn Malik: born January 12, 1993
I first got into them when I was taking down the Christmas tree, and I wanted some music to listen to. I pulled up YouTube and found a song I wanted to listen to. On the side it has other songs that one might be interested in, and one of the videos was, "What Makes You Beautiful." I watched the video and saw how cute and fun thes five boys were and decided to keep looking an listening to their music, I watched, "One Thing," "Kiss You," and "Live While We're Young" over and over that night. That's where it began.
I got Twitter just so I could follow the boys, and started looking them up on Pinterest and reading articles about them online. I learned quite a bit about them. I've seen multiple YouTube videos about them.I became obsessed.
I wasn't afraid to let this obsession known, so I posted quite often about it on my blog, facebook, and instagram.
Last year they had a concert in Salt Lake that I would have loved to have gone to, but Greg wouldn't let me. I was in SLC at the same time as them, so that was awesome. I even took a picture.
Anyway, this year they were doing a stadium tour, and weren't going to be going to SLC. I was bummed. I was going to get tickets for sure if they had come here. (I have been saving up my incentives money for a special occasion...actually I usually spend it on scrapbook supplies, but I would have saved if for their concert had they been going to Salt Lake.) I really wanted to fly out to DC to visit my sister-in-law and her family, and then go to the concert back there, but let's face it. We don't make that kind of money. I even considered going o Dallas so we could tour Cowboys stadium. That didn't happen either.
Then I got a text from my mom asking if I'd like to go to a One Direction concert in Phoenix. I talked about it with Greg, and decided that I would be able to go. In hearing more about the trip, I was surprised to find out that my good friend Lindsay was putting this together, and a bunch of my friends had donated some money to help buy the tickets for my mom and I to fly out there and go to the concert. Needless to say, I was pretty excited.
It was one of the sweetest things anyone had ever done for me. I am so blessed to have such great friends who are willing to pitch in and do something nice for me. Thank you all. I don't know everyone who helped out, but please know how grateful I am. It was a great experience, which I will save for my next post.

- Have I mentioned how much I truly love my job? Seriously. We just laugh and have a good ol' time, and when we're really bored we play "Who would you rather date?" #ofthemembers #wehavefun #ilovemycoworkers
- I've got two main goals when it comes to physical therapy. To be able to pull my hair up in a pony tail, and be able to lift a child.
- I've been so sleepy lately. And I got to work long today, and will be gone all tomorrow after work. #yaylife #justletmesleep

- I was never nervous to speak in front of the high school. Sure I was up until like 1230 writing the dang thing and up all night dreaming about it, but not nervous. I even had people say they didn't know I was quite the public speaker. It's funny how many people told me they'd be so nervous, but really, I wasn't. Weird, right?
- Seeing classmates after 10 years is great. As we sat there talking, it felt just like we had never left. Of course the conversations had a bit more 'adult content', but it was still fun
- I wish General Conference was held mire than twice a year. I love listening to the talks, and then being able to go back and read through them again. Love conference time! #iamlds

Another September Week
Last weekend we took a trip to Star Valley to get the brakes changed on our car. It was a long drive, but we have fun. I usually sing at the top of my lungs while Greg rolls his eyes and ignores me...or turns the music up even louder.
We stopped outside of Grace to get some potatoes, and they were giving away free fries. Fresh Free Fries. Awesome! They went really well with our road trip food - Taco Bell.
It was a really pretty drive. The leaves were starting to change colors, and it was beautiful weather.
I got a new niece the same day we left. She is a beauty. My favorite part of the trip was skyping with my sister-in-law, nephew Jax, and baby Breklin. It's been a while since we've seen them, and it was so fun watching Jax and seeing his cute personality. Adrienne definitely has her hands full with him, but I also think that he will be a big protective brother to Brek (as long as he doesn't hurt her with his ninja skills first!)
I begged and begged Greg the entire trip there and back to get us Huckleberry shakes. As we were passing through Preston on the way home, he actually did stop. So sweet!
The weather has seriously been so gorgeous. It has been raining a lot which is really nice. I love that it's cooling down.
So, funny story. I always eat the same thing for lunch every day. PB&J. Well, this particular day I opened up my sandwich box to see this. I just busted up laughing. I texted a picture to Greg saying, "I don't think I'm going to eat lunch today," It really was funny.
We also bought a cotton candy maker. It's quite amazing to watch. Pretty nifty for sure!
And just some more random photos from the week. It's been super exciting.
I got to work yesterday. It was super exciting. Went by really fast, so that was awesome...And if you ever wondered what your bank teller is thinking when you show up right at close...
You'd be surprised how accurate those thoughts are!

- Biting my lips needs to stop... seriously!
- I need a hair cut. I keep telling myself to schedule and I just never do. Hopefully I can get it done before I schedule family pictures.
- I love that my co-workers and I can have so much fun together, and give each other crap. We're like one big happy family.
